Return Policy
You may return most unused merchandise purchased at Beauty Intuition within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on opened items or items that have already been used because we cannot resell them as we guarantee that all of the products we sell are fresh and authentic. If you return an item that is unopened and unused, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a Beauty Intuition error. If you return an order that was over $100 and you received free shipping, we will refund you the price paid for the products less the costs we incurred to ship the items to you. We ask that you specify the reason for your return in the email or phone call, as we love to learn how to serve you better!

To request a return of unused merchandise, please email us at info@beautyintuition.com. Please let us know which items out of your original order you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will notify you via email or phone once we have approved your “Return Request” and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please mail us your unused/unopened merchandise with the “Return Authorization Number” that we provided to you. Our mailing address is 409 N Pacific Coast Hwy #321 Redondo Beach, CA 90277 . Oonce we receive your returned merchandise in saleable condition, we will issue you a credit.

All sale items (including items purchased with coupon codes) are considered final sales and may not be returned.
