Guarantee Policy
We guarantee that our products are of top quality and that they will arrive to you in proper condition (without damage). We take all necessary precautions to package our products properly. However, accidents sometimes happen in the course of shipping. If your products are damaged or broken, please contact us immediately via email (info@beautyintuition.com) or phone and we will take care of the issue.
If you are not pleased with any part of your purchase, please let us know. We take customer service seriously and we make it our job to make you a happy customer!
Return Policy
You may return most unused merchandise purchased at Beauty Intuition within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on opened items or items that have already been used.
To request a return of unused merchandise, please email us at info@beautyintuition.com. Please let us know which items out of your original order you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will notify you via email or phone once we have approved your “Return Request” and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please mail us your unused/unopened merchandise with the “Return Authorization Number” that we provided to you. Our mailing address is 2629 Main St. #171, Santa Monica, CA 90405. We will issue you a credit for the amount you paid for the merchandise once we receive your returned merchandise in saleable condition. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable unless you are returning the merchandise because of a Beauty Intuition error.
All sale items (including items purchased with coupon codes) are considered final sales and may not be returned.
